Ask about, object to, or erase your information

You don't need an account, and you don't need to be a customer.

What would you like us to do?

For an email address, use that same address — we can act on it straight away. For a phone number we'll confirm your identity separately, because an emailed code doesn't show who holds the number.

We reply within one month, as the GDPR requires. There is no charge, and you don't have to give a reason for an erasure or objection request.

You can also complain to your national data protection authority. Ours is Romania's ANSPDCP.
